How do I track my moods?

Using the mood tracker in Habbit.

To track your moods:


  1. Tap the Mood tab at the bottom.

  2. Select a day and tap the “+” button.

  3. Use the slider to choose your mood (from sad to awesome).

  4. Confirm by tapping Save mood.

  5. Your selected emoji will appear on the calendar for that day.

👉 Over time, you can look back at your monthly mood calendar and see how your emotions connect with habits like exercise, reading, or meditation.
