Completion goals help measure your progress.


  • Daily goals: Choose how many times per day (e.g., drink 8 glasses of water).

  • Weekly goals: Choose how many times per week (e.g., exercise 3 times).

  • Monthly goals: Choose how many times per month (e.g., read 4 books).

👉 Each habit tile fills up as you make progress. Once you hit your goal, the tile marks as complete.
