How do I create a new habit?

To create a new habit:
Tap the pink “+” button on the Home screen.
Enter your habit name (e.g., “Read Book” or “Workout”).
Choose an emoji to represent your habit.
Pick a color to visually separate it from others.
Select your frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
Set your completion goal (e.g., 1/day, 3/week, 5/month).
(Optional) Add a reminder to get a notification.
(Optional) Choose a category and write notes for context.
Tap Save — your habit will now appear on the Home screen.
