To create a new habit:


  1. Tap the pink “+” button on the Home screen.

  2. Enter your habit name (e.g., “Read Book” or “Workout”).

  3. Choose an emoji to represent your habit.

  4. Pick a color to visually separate it from others.

  5. Select your frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

  6. Set your completion goal (e.g., 1/day, 3/week, 5/month).

  7. (Optional) Add a reminder to get a notification.

  8. (Optional) Choose a category and write notes for context.

  9. Tap Save — your habit will now appear on the Home screen.
