How to Use the Mood Tracker

Habbit includes a built-in Mood Tracker to help you understand how habits affect your well-being.


  1. Tap the Mood tab at the bottom.

  2. Choose a date and press the “+” button.

  3. Slide the mood scale left or right (from sad → awesome).

  4. Select an emoji face that best matches how you feel.

  5. Tap Save mood.

Your mood will appear on the calendar with the chosen emoji.
👉 Over time, you’ll see patterns (e.g., “Exercise days = happier moods”).
