How to Use the Mood Tracker
Connect your daily feelings to your habits.

Habbit includes a built-in Mood Tracker to help you understand how habits affect your well-being.
Tap the Mood tab at the bottom.
Choose a date and press the “+” button.
Slide the mood scale left or right (from sad → awesome).
Select an emoji face that best matches how you feel.
Tap Save mood.
Your mood will appear on the calendar with the chosen emoji.
👉 Over time, you’ll see patterns (e.g., “Exercise days = happier moods”).
