How to Reset or Adjust Your Habits

Update goals and frequency without losing clarity.

Sometimes your goals change — here’s how to adjust them:


  1. Open the habit from your Home screen.

  2. Edit the name, emoji, color, reminder, or completion goal.

  3. If you change the completion goal (e.g., 1/day → 3/day), you’ll be asked:

    • Apply to all past completions (old data may reset).

    • Apply only moving forward (past streaks stay the same).

  4. If you change the frequency (daily → weekly/monthly), your old data will be removed.

⚠️ Be mindful: Changing frequency resets streaks because the structure of the habit changes.
